I missed my Virtual VIP Experience - am I able to get a refund?

I have not received my day of event instructions yet and it is less than 24 hours prior - who should I reach out?

Please email info@237global.com from the email you purchased your Virtual VIP Experience from with your name, confirmation number, and name of the artist - we will make sure you have everything you need for your VIP experience including the link to the site and check in with all instructions.

Am I able to access the Virtual VIP experience on my mobile device?

Yes, the Virtual VIP experience is desktop, laptop, and mobile optimized.

 

The site won’t let me log in - why is this?

Please make sure you are signing in with the email address you used to purchase your Virtual VIP experience during your allotted time slot. If you are still having issues please email info@237global.com

What do I do once I’ve signed in?

Once you sign in with your correct log in that was emailed you will enter a waiting room. A que is presented in the top right corner to indicate the fan number that is next in line. Please keep your browser window open in the waiting room until the artist calls you. 

 

How does the Virtual VIP Experience go down?

You will be emailed a link, log in credentials, and check in time after your purchase. 

 

Do I have to keep the website open during the entire session?

Yes, we recommend you keep your browser window open and stay in the waiting room until the artist calls you. 

What happens if I accidentally close out of the Virtual VIP Experience?

If you accidentally closed out of your browser. Please sign back into the waiting room. If you missed your initial number in line, you will be sent to the back of the line. Please reach out to info@237global.com if you have any questions.

 

What happens if my internet crashes during my Virtual VIP Experience?

Can I take a picture of my event with the artist?

There is a camera button provided in your virtual meet & greet dashboard to take a picture with the artist. Screenshots will automatically be saved to your desktop. 

Can I take a video of my event with the artist?

Depending on the offered experience, video of the meet & greet session will be recorded and emailed to you after your session. If you do not receive your video of your meet & greet within 10 days after the event, please email info@237global.com 

My VIP experience came with merchandise - when should I expect to receive it?

Please check your confirmation email for the time frame in which to receive your merch.

 

I was removed from the Virtual VIP Experience due to inappropriate behavior - now what?

If you were removed from your Virtual VIP Experience it is because you violated our Code of Conduct. If you feel like your behavior was not in violation of our terms, please email info@237global.com
